Hello from the North Georgia Mountains. I am blessed native of Fannin County, Ga.  I am the youngest of two boys.  My older brother is also involved in real estate.  I began working with real estate at the age of sixteen doing property inspections for a local lender.  Upon graduating Fannin County High School, I attended appraisal school and became a Registered Real Property Appraiser and later a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. I celebrated my first real estate closing on my 19th birthday. I am intrigued from all aspects of this business.  I have assisted many first home buyers, investors, second home buyers, and builders in various real estate transactions.
